The main power generator which produces electrical energy from seithr- the place its located in is called the "palace of power" due to its massive and locked-up exterior. A high security grid is placed around the perimeter, as sabotage or unqualified work around the generator would jeopardize life in Kagutsuchi as it is.

Kagutsuchi`s industrial sector mainly builds parts to complete the yet under construction 13th hierarchical city, but also creates Armagus, cars, aircraft and military vehicles.

Foundrys, Forges, Production lines- the sceneary is vast but depressing.

Near Orient Town, the amusement sector begins. Beautiful ladies and handsome men invite people from the street into their temples of sin, but beware- a real paradise this is not. Hold onto your wallets and dignity when crossing this area.

And be prepared to draw your weapon, as some of the girls can be quite malicious.

One of the first districts to have been built in Kagutsuchi, despite its royal name, its nothing special. Its located around the baseplate`s center and while not being the best place to live, includes some nice places like a public park and a swimming centre with various pools and waterslides. The most fameous, the Imperial dive, which goes all the way from the top of the city down to this place, ends here and the elevator that takes people to the top starts here.

Beware of the darker corners of the district- some people cannot even afford to live in the cheaper places.
