Orient Town Restaurant

Takeru Oda had been in this restaurant the entire time.

He came in earlier to have lunch while keeping an ear out for any information concerning Ragna the Bloodedge. The infamous SS Class Criminal was rumored to be passing through Kagutsuchi in his path of destruction, perhaps aiming for the NOL Branch there. As a result, many interesting characters have flocked to the 13th Hierarchical City.

This could not be more true than his earlier experience. While he had been having a delicious rice bowl with REALLY rare beef strips, two peculiar characters came in. One was what he could discern as a member of the Kaka Clan, but he felt different somehow; while the other was a cute blonde girl in a blue dress and hazel brown eyes.

He then saw them come and go one after the other, Bang Shishigami and a gothic lolita girl showing up before leaving just as quickly, then a strange cat girl made the blonde hide under the table. He was about to brush this off as something weird he ate when he heard the name he had been after.

"Ragna the Bloodedge..."

It was then he began to listen intently. Apparently, Sector Seven was after the guy as well. Well, if he can give them the edge somehow over the Library, then it's understandable. With them, the NOL, and vigilantes everywhere heading over to Kagutsuchi, Takeru could tell that something big was going to go down.

"I'll just have to get to him before they all do." He thought with burning determination in his blood red eyes "Hang on, Mizuki-chan. I'm almost there."

He waited until the cat girl vanished before continuing to eat his meal. He kept his eye on the kaka and watched him leave. As soon as he did, he finished the rest of his food, paid the bill, and trailed the agent. His plan was to tail him and see if he can take him to Ragna the Bloodedge. The rest will fall in to place from there.

Or so he hoped.
