Appearance:
Caelica is of fairly average height, 157cm, with a weight of 58kg. Her body is slender and yet not too thin, her long legs and small gentle hands defy her physique as that of a nearly full grown, but short teenager. Her C-cup breasts are nothing to drop your plate at, but they`re decently sized and somewhat out of the average in a world were breasts are either massively large or nonexistant (*cough cough Noel cough*). Her round face is of healthy complexion, same as her amber, almost berry red eyes which reflect her personality- kind, adventureous, and happy. Her hair nearly covers her (well shaped) butt when untied, though she almost always keeps it in a halfway-done ponytail that still keeps some bangs that cover her forehead, as well as a single, rebellious strand of hair that perks up above all the others.
Being a newly made clone, she`s a virgin, still has all of her necessary and unnecessary organs and bears no scars and very little marks on her body, aside from a Sector Seven tattoo at the back of her neck, which is a tiny, barely visible barcode to identify her. A chip is implanted behind it to monitor her via a GPS system.
Caelica`s blood type is AB prositive.
Clothing of choice:
Caelica`s clothes are the uniform of a novice witch of the magic guild. Its a short, school uniform style black skirt, a zipper blouse with a high collar and a band tied around her neck, a black cape clipped onto it and a pair of heeled boots, nothing else. Unlike some other people in Blazblue, she does wear panties under the skirt.

Occupation:
Caelica has no real job or occupation, she´s just a healer who goes around, trying to help where she can.
Personality:
One can easily discribe Caelica as the kindest, sweetest person you`ve ever met.
She´s a naive, cheerful, and caring indivdual, a pacifist down to the core and a person who loves everyone equally, be they male, female, black, white, yellow, beastkin, vampire, werewolf or animated corpse of a gay man inside a shell of kevlar, ceramic steel and the most powerful magic imagineable.
She`s adventureous and likes to just go for something, rather than stop and think about it, which is often the cause for her getting-lost-in-places-she-doesn`t-recognize problem. Not to mention the fact that she´s stubborn and once she decides on something, she doesn`t stray off that path she`s chosen... much to the annoyance of those around her.
Caelica is deeply in love with Ragna, having spent much time with him during the early days of the Dark War and although it may just have been less than a month, her love for him is still strong today, a hundred years later.
Weaponry:
Caelica "wields" the Ex Machina Minerva- an artifical causality weapon made by Kokonoe and an identical replica of Nirvana. Unlike Nirvana however it has no mind of its own and cannot fight for itself- its also significantly weaker, though much sturdier due to being made of steel. Due to being powered by nuclear fission, it has unlimited energy and does not need to pause and recharge like Nirvana does. Its attacks and capabilities are identical to Nirvana. When not used, Minerva resides in the Sector Seven laboratory and is charged off of a high powered socket, she´s only teleported over to Caelica whenever she needs it- as since it cannot talk anyway and is not exactly subtle, there is no point in keeping it around her.
Abilities:
Caelica is gifted with the rare talent of healing magic, and is proficient with it- she can cure any wounds and infections that are not caused by seithr and she can resurrect people who have been dead for less than ten minutes- if their bodies are capable of sustaining themselves. If for instance the heart is destroyed, Caelica`s magic only prolongs their suffering.
She´s also able to naturally neutralize seithr within a certain area, to the point where in the low-seithr enviroment of the Dark War, even Bloodedge`s arm and eye had ceased to work. Now, in the seithr dosages today, this no longer happens.
On the downside, she has a terrible sense of direction, is not the best survivalist in the world, not the best cook (Though not even on the same scale as Noel) and she`s a bit clutzy at times.
She is the only one known to date that is able to activate and power the Lynchpin, though it will drain her of all life and render her a corpse in the process.
History:
Caelica was the little sister of Konoe Mercury, also known as Nine, and also a witch of the Mage`s Association. Unlike her, however, she wasn`t one of the top ten.
Born into a world of upheval and turmoil, Caelica has been gifted with magic like her sister, but has had interest in her fathers work unlike Nine, which had been the cause of arguements right from the very start.
Whilest Konoe hated her father for his workoholic ways, Caelica loved him equally, even though she agreed that he should stop overworking himself. As the war broke loose and the Black Beast rampaged the world, she went out to go look for him.
There, she came across The Bloodedge as he was injuried and confused, healed him and decided to travel with him to find her father... soon enough, Mitsuyoshi, who would later be known as Jubei, joined them and they found the laboratory in shrambles with residue of the Black Beast there.
Throughout the war she was drawn to Bloodedge, but he knew it was nothing to last right from the start... after he died, Caelica build a church on the place where he was defeated, hopeing that he would come back one day... little did she know that Terumi lurked right around the corner, sliceing her throat when she least expected it.
A hundred years later, Terumi`s plans that threatened the entire world brought up the necessity of Caelica again- the Lynchpin, an ancient machine built by Caelica`s father, would be able to seperate the boundary and the normal world with force, crossing Terumi´s plans permanently, but it would require Caelica`s life to activate it- As she was already dead thanks to his murderous act, Kokonoe had to resort to a more drastic way- cloning her out of the corpse of the original Caelica Mercury, she extracted a part of her soul from the boundary that had been left there when she briefly came in contact with the Black Beast, and revived her- with some strings attached.
