Appearance: Aoko was named for her deep blue eyes and the light blue mat of hair that covered her head. Her cheeks were round, while a button nose and small lips were adorned on her face. Her short, blue locks have two braids extending out on the front, while her ears (which share the same color as her hair) protrude from the top of her head.
She's slightly taller than Noel (5'3) and weighs around 110 lbs. As such, her build is petite and slender. When on duty, she wears the standard issue NOL uniform, complete with beret and blue overcoat.

Loyalty: The Kisaragi Family, mostly to Soichiro
Occupation: 1st Lieutenant of the Special Infantry a.k.a "NOLSI"
Personality: Much like a cat, Aoko is as cool as they come. She generally wears a smile on her face and isn't above witty banter with her colleagues/acquaintances, though she can be a bit aloof a times. Around her close friends, she becomes even more playful as she enjoys messing with them with jokes and pranks (Poor Takeru Oda is her favorite target).
While she retains her jovial attitude during work, she manages to keep a level-head. Her eyes will always be on the target, be it paperwork or a hostile that needs to be put down, though it is noted that she never goes for the fatal shot unless absolutely necessary. As such, her playful demeanor while she does her job can come as unsettling at times.
While she doesn't really know Jin Kisaragi that well, she can at least say that she doesn't bear any hostile intent towards him. She does understand when it comes to their other 'siblings' giving them grief, albeit for different reasons; Envy in Jin's case, and plain old racial discrimination in hers. In fact, she relishes in watching them fail to take out the fabled Hero of Ikaruga. She does adore Soichiro, the man who helped her get into the family, like the father she never had.
Weaponry:Her weapon of choice is an Armagus called the Undine. It's form is that of a PGM Hecate II Anti-materiel rifle with a mermaid crest. Like Noel's Bolverk and Haruka's Basilisk, it can fire even without bullets (though the wielder can load them any time).
The scope is enhanced with a sort of revealing ars that allows the wielder to see through obstacles such as walls, rocks, concealing ars, etc. Being a .50 Caliber rifle, it has enough power to penetrate through most defenses. Being an armagus, the 'bullets' the rifle fires are bolts of light blue energy. These shots on their own can piece a hole through most defenses. They can even be charged further to deal even more damage.
While it is unwieldy to use in close combat, Aoko uses her beastkin strength to her advantage by wielding Undine like a staff, the barrel end functioning as a 'spear tip' of sorts. The charged shots also increase the recoil, which is something Aoko can handle due to her beastkin physiology.
In addition, she has a combat knife kept in a sheath tied around her waist should it come to close combat. She even carries a handgun and assorted grenades along for the ride.
Abilities: As a Kisaragi, Aoko had been trained in many arts of combat, such as hand-to-hand and swordsmanship, in addition to marksmanship, her forte. She is also proficient with polearms, manifested by her usage of Undine as a staff in close-quarters.
As for the quality of her marksmanship, one could say that her aim is uncanny; At the age of nine, she was able to bring down a sparrow in mid-flight with naught but a slingshot and has improved since then. Her concentration and animal instincts play a key factor; if she can keep a cool head, she would no doubt be able to keep her aim steady. While her forte is the sniper rifle, other projectile weapons come as easy.
As with all beastkin, her strength is rather uncanny. However, despite her strength, she cannot hold a candle to the more accomplished melee fighters of the Blazblue universe, hence her reliance on long range tactics.
She also has the uncanny ability to move around silently like a cat, something she uses to her advantage during combat situations or when she just wants to mess with someone.
As for her Ars training, she was able to finish her education in the NOL Academy at Torifune, so she can do a variety of basic ars.
--Distortion Drives--
Blue Harpoon - Fire a charged homing shot at the opponent. Said shot packs a lot more power than her regular shots, but takes a good amount of concentration to aim and fire properly
Neptune's Trident - Aoko rams Undine's barrel into the enemy's gut, raises them up in the air, and proceeds to blast them three times before the third blast causes them to fly into the air.
--Astral Finish--
Stormbreaker - A glyph appears in front of the end of Undine's barrel, gathering energy into it until Aoko unleashes it with one straight shot. Said shot has enough power to surpass a rail gun, but the recoil takes a serious toll on her body; a normal human attempting this finisher would surely have been severely injured from the strain.
History:Named for the blue hair and eyes she has, Aoko spent her early childhood as an orphaned street urchin in the slums of Kagutsuchi. Since food was hard to come by, the cat girl had to be resourceful. Armed with a slingshot in hand, she often had to use it in many a situation, mostly when she had to hunt sparrows or to defend herself from the more unsavory inhabitants of the slums. Of course, being a beastkin didn't help her situation one bit, but she persevered anyway.
This caught the attention of a visiting representative of the Kisaragi family when she tried to pickpocket the guy. Nevertheless, the attempt and her trusty slingshot failed, but the man, whose name was Soichiro, was impressed with her dexterity and her cunning, as the Kisaragis valued talent above all else. He invited her to the Kisaragi home and has been adopted into their fold since then. It was then she found herself taking a liking to guns, most specifically the sniper rifle.
When she was old enough, Aoko began attending the NOL Academy during her teen years. She entered around the time her "elder brother" Jin was at his senior year. She didn't really interact with him or his friends (including Team Remix Heart) but was on good terms with Carl Clover, who shared the same class as she did.
She spent her time in the Academy cultivating the skills she already possessed, as well as learning more. By graduation, Soichiro was so proud of how she had grown that he presented her with Undine, an ars armagus in the mold of a PGM Hecate II. Needless to say, Aoko was thrilled.
After graduation and gaining her position as 1st Lieutenant of the NOL Special Infantry due to being among the Duodecim (though it wasn't without contention due to her lineage), Aoko was assigned to her hometown of Kagutsuchi. It was there she met Takeru Oda, a vigilante and Kagutsuchi native himself, and had asked for his assistance in some cases she had to undertake.
Things have been quiet for Aoko for a while until two pieces of news came to her attention; One, Ragna the Bloodedge was coming this way and two, Major Jin Kisaragi had gone AWOL. She was in the midst of processing all this when Soichiro contacted her. He had asked her to investigate this matter with the implication that the occurrences were connected somehow.
In many a timeline, Aoko would be among those unfortunate souls absorbed by Hazama's cauldron. However, this turn of the wheel of Fate sees her alive and well. What will come out of her investigation? Only time can tell at this point.
