Saya/Izanami, The Imperator Librarius [Ready]

Appearance: Saya was a small and frail little green-eyed blonde with mid-back-length hair, but due to the long-winded time under the possession of Izanami, her hair is now purple and reaches down her waist despite being tied in a ponytail, and her eyes have turned to a soulless red, a trait complimented by her constantly-bored-looking face. Her curves, while not being as noticeable as Litchi's or Makoto's, are still rather decent, and can actually be spotted the moment her arms are open.

Clothing of choice: Aside from her very recognizable crown, Izanami wears a black cape over all the rest of her Japanese-themed clothing, which consists of a white sleeveless haori with yellow lines and tied by a light blue obi, detached sleeves with red outlines that are each covered by three very long sleeves along her arms, and a red open hakama worn over a straight foot-length yellow skirt.

Loyalty: Death, the NOL comes second.

Occupation: Imperator Librarius.

Personality: Izanami, as the Goddess of Death, is beyond human emotions, as they are nothing to her. She takes everything she hears literally, so she can't comprehend sarcasm, irony, and even euphemisms or exaggerations. She carries an air of highness, that combined with her overbearing and condescending speech patterns or her merciless teasing tendencies, make her instantly come off as a stuck-up snob. Special mention goes to her attitude towards Ragna: she will not hesitate to pose as Saya and play mind games to laugh at him, but she still intensely wishes to have him at her size, reportedly for his destructive powers, though there might be more to this.
Behind Izanami, there is Saya that, despite being basically forced to watch her life unfold, still grew up. She matured kind of quickly considering she was the Imperator by proxy, but might as well be the source of Izanami's teasing, as she would've been something of a prankster herself, would she had enough time to actually control her body. She is also a surprisingly determined and strong-willed individual, never giving up on trying to regain permanent control over her body. She also influenced Izanami's 'preferential consideration' of Ragna via her intense love of him, as he was the best big brother she could've wished to have.

Weaponry: Izanami does not carry any weapon, as the closest she has to one is the Nox Nyctores Gigant: Take-Mikazuchi.

Abilities: Izanami is quite possibly the single most powerful being in the universe, and has been proven to be immortal, as even Hakumen's Time Killer has no effect on her.
Her first demonstration of power is when she proved able to find the Master Unit in the Boundary and put it out of function in less time than it took Ragna to fight off Mu-12.
As the template used to create the Murakumo Units, she has all of their powers: teleporting, hovering, sword summoning, space rending, and fast regeneration further the point that she is not to mess with unless you wish to die fast.
She is also known to have an extremely high Armagus aptitude, the extent of which is unknown, but given her power levels she might surpass even Noel Vermillion in this regard, given she is able to control Take-Mikazuchi with barely any effort other than being locked into not immobility to shoot lasers from orbit. As accurate as it is, it is also extremely predictable, and won't cause so much damage as it in Ibukido, for it took her four entire years to charge this attack.
Her own magical prowess is not a big step down from this, as on top of the Murakumos' powers, she is also able to fire out a wide array of dark lasers and fireballs that slowly drain the opponent's very life away.

Non-combat related is Izanami's ability to sense (not to say 'feel') all of Saya's emotions, and as such her ability to emulate her with stunning accuracy.

History: As a child, Saya was a normal girl, loving both her brothers whole-heartedly, even when as she was reaching her tens, she became sickly and got blamed and bullied by Jin as a result of requiring Ragna's attention so much.
At one point, her simple life would end, as Jin went on a rampage and she ended up kidnapped, and brought unconscious to Relius Clover.
She would wake up, but it was too late: she was unable to do anything, as her body had been taken over by Izanami, the Goddess of Death according to her kidnappers, Yuuki Terumi and Relius Clover. While being forced to watch as the trio went on to take over the NOL via executive meddling and assassinations, Saya realized that the legends were true, and feared that Izanami, being the harbinger of death, would try to destroy the world. Trying her best to struggle through it, Saya only managed to take control for seconds at a time, such as the moment she warned Jin after Izanami had given him the Nox Nyctores: Mucro Algesco - Yukianesa, though her attempts at mitigating Izanami's actions were ultimately pointless.
Izanami herself didn't actually come to life before Relius and Terumi implanted her into Saya's body. She still had made-up memories, though, and a deep trauma about a lost love that dumped her and represented life. While she committed the worst actions and took her place as the Imperator, Saya's nature eventually added itself onto hers: resolute and playful but ultimately caring, as Izanami doesn't want the world destroyed, she merely wants the love that she lost once. And what better way to regain it that restlessly destroying everything it created until it shows up again..?

You already know my opinion to the whole being a god thing. Nevermind that it has probably not happened yet, otherwise Noel would not be needed, the bio basically only covers what we already know and not, for instance, how she became a goddess to begin with. Why would this goddess of death be simply inserted into Saya? As much as i want to believe it because the craziest shit happens in Blazblue i can`t.

As with the rest, you`ve decided to take no risks and sticked with what we already know about her... which isn`t a lot and make her one dimensional as hell. She wants to create death, thats it. No hobbies, no character traits, no likes or dislikes (Something even Nu has), very little physical discription (Pretty sure she´d have a tattoo, considering her abilities) no parts of her history between the church bit and the Izanami bit.... and as a goddess, she`s completely, hopelessly overpowered, more so than even Hakumen, and canon or not, i cannot approve this, personally.

And nothing about the insane OP was changed.
I did notice the personality was enlongated and the history too, but one gaze over the abilities section and i still read that Hakumen can go weep and cry in a corner. Thats not going to fly with me.

I give up trying to de-OP you, it seems to be impossible as you reject the imput to make her less OP.
However, the rest of the sheet is sound, and so long as you keep your promise to not cause trouble on the chatbox, i will hereby approve you.

Well far be it from me to say that even though all of this is technically true, it doesn't make her any less scary xD, though I'd be willing to trust that fact you'll handle ol' Imperator-nami well. I tend to have faith in these things, so let's let you loose upon the world. As it trembles in its apparent despair... *mad cackle*
