Appearance: Kokonoe appears as a fairly young adult catgirl with a slim build. She has golden-amber eyes and long, wavy pink hair which she keeps in a unique hairstyle which consists of a long pony tail and two tufts that resemble cat ears.
As for her attire, she typically wears a white variant of the kaka clan jacket as if it was a lab coat, along with red pants that reach to just below her knees. Around her waist is a belt with a golden bell as a buckle and golden bracelets around her wrists. To top it off, she wears white slippers(?) on her feet as well as glasses on her eyes.
Personality: At first glance, Kokonoe appears to be abrasive, constantly cranky and rather brash. She's the kind of girl who'd nuke 'em first (quite literally) and ask questions later. She has developed bitterness in her heart due to Terumi killing her mother, Nine. Unfortunately, this bitterness extends to her father, Jubei, as she blames him for not being there. This created in her a single-minded desire to destroy Terumi, even if the world burns around her.
However, let it be said that she is capable of showing kindness when the need arises. This is most evident through her interactions with her subordinates Tager, Lambda, and Kageo. She also sympathizes with Carl Clover, as she has her own father issues to bear. She also has a fondness for sweets, Ferrero Rocher Chocolates being a particular weakness of hers.
Loyalty: On paper, Sector Seven. In truth, the only thing Koko's loyal to is herself and her creations/subordinates.
Weaponry: She usually lets her creations do all the grunt work, so she ends up rarely fighting. When she does so, however she employs mechanical devices including the following: floating graviton generators, twin mini-guns, freeze rays, rocket powered gauntlets, a rocket powered drill hammer, a fireball launcher and a gigantic blue-skinned (sometimes golden skinned) version of Tager which fires a giant laser cannon
Abilities: Kokonoe is considered dangerously knowledgeable in both magic and science. Her achievements include reconstructing a wounded man with cybernetics and an Artificial Causality Phenomenon Weapon into the Red Devil we know as Iron Tager today as well as dragging Hakumen out of the Boundary, albeit at 20% power. She was also somehow able to bring Caelica A. Mercury to the present as well as give Kageo the modifications he has today.
It is also implied that she is a powerful mage, probably at the same level as her mother was in her prime. It is also possible that she knows many of her mother's spells, but chooses not to employ them due to her disdain for using magic. As such, she will never employ the arcane arts unless she absolutely has to.
History: Born to Jubei and Konoe a.k.a Nine, Kokonoe is a talented scientist and reluctant mage who works for Sector Seven, an organization that openly opposes the N.O.L. Her current relationship with her father is quite strained, as they haven't spoken to each other in years.
Once she had learned of her mother's death at the hands of Yuki Terumi, she swore vengeance on him with hatred. In fact, you can say that much of her actions are fueled by her desire for revenge.
At one point in her tenure as Chief Scientist, she worked with Relius Clover in a group under a group known as "The Sin Architects" and helped him in creating his battle doll Fluctus Redactum: Ignis. In effect, she unwittingly opened the Cauldron beneath Sector Seven headquarters and, after a confrontation with the Mad Puppeteer, closed it. It was during this point in time that she had resurrected Tager as the "Red Devil" we know today.
She once had two subordinates in Litchi Faye-Ling and Lotte Carmine, but they both left her side; one left Sector Seven and became a doctor running a local clinic in Kagutsuchi's Orient Town, while the other delved in too deep into his experiments with Boundary and became the creature known as Arakune.
Recently, she has taken interest in the Azure Grimoire that Ragna the Bloodedge has. As a result, she dispatched Iron Tager and Kageo-kaka, two of her best field agents, to Kagutsuchi to intercept the Grim Reaper. In the mean time, she was working on a little pet project of her own.

Kokonoe sighed in relief as she leaned back on her office chair, still intently sucking that lollipop of hers as she stared into the screen. The data her field agents had gathered about the Azure Grimoire proved to be rather enticing, as it gave her a new perspective of the mysterious force beyond the Boundary.
This in turn set off the gears working in her head, an idea that culminated in the girl that was floating in the regeneration tank before her.
"Now all I need is an equivalent to the Azure Grimoire." The feline scientist murmured as she gazed into the sleeping form of Prime Field Unit 11 "And a soul to power this empty shell..."
With those thoughts in mind, Kokonoe turned back to her computer and looked through her notes yet again. It was time to get to work.
