Appearance: Tsubaki his fairly long red hair and blue eyes. She is fairly nondescript beyond that, other than being on the shorter side.
Clothing of choice: Tsubaki typically wears the robes of the Wings of Justice: a yellow-white cloak covering her body, a hood and a white mask with a black eye sigil on it. When Izayoi is active, this uniform is replaced by a long-sleeved shirt, a pair of rather puffy pants, and a cape, all of the same coloration as her robes. She also gains an angel-winged hat with a blue eye. When not in uniform, she can be seen in a long-sleeved blue shirt with a long, grey dress. She wears a blue headband in her hair and has two metal hair beads.

Occupation: Tsubaki is a First Lieutenant in the NOL's Zero Squadron, also known as the Wings of Justice.
Personality: For the most part, Tsubaki is serious, mature and intelligent. She holds rules in utmost priority and is faithful beyond reason to the Librarium. She does harbor an intense jealous streak, however. She has a strong childhood crush on Jin Kisaragi, and strong devotion to her closest friends, Makoto Nanaya and Noel Vermillion. She can also devolve into an utter fangirl with anything involving the Six Heroes. Outside of that obsession, her hobbies include reading/watching historical dramas and singing. Her main ambition seems to be to use her role to bring evil to justice.
Weaponry: Sealed Weapon Izayoi. It takes the form of a crimson short sword and book-like shield with a blue eye on the spine, as well as altering her clothing. The weapon has some degree of shape shifting capacity. More importantly, however, it can control the radioactive spectrum: while it mostly works with visible light, it has been mentioned that it can alter other wavelengths as well. The primary use for this is drawing in light to strengthen her attacks.
Abilities: Tsubaki herself is a fairly capable individual. She graduated at the top of her class from the Academy, thus it can be inferred that her strategic, Ars and combat abilities are at the very least above average. She is also noted for being quite intelligent.

History: Tsubaki is the lone child of the head of the Yayoi family. She lived a sheltered life throughout her childhood, but did manage to forge a strong friendship with Jin Kisaragi. She attended the NOL's Military Academy, where she met Makoto, Noel, Mai Natsume, Cajun Faycott and Carl Clover, and eventually graduated at the top of her class. After graduation, she entered Zero Squadron; due to her Duodecim connections, she was granted the rank of First Lieutenant right off the bat.
