Admin activation

Due to continued abuse of the registration by Lambda, who keeps making new accounts, all new accounts will now have to be activated by the administrator.
The function to delete an account you made yourself has also been deactivated, please notify me or someone of the staff should you desire to delete your account.

The member James Angel`s Member ID is identical to that of "Umeko F", who has been on the chatbox yesterday, obviously Umeko Furakawa, Lambdas alternate account- the interactions on the chatbox underline the obvious.
