Appearance: Hegrivaris is a distraught and ragged looking middle aged human his form is often ragged unshaven and his hair is wiry and ragged. He is neither tall but not short either settling in around 5'7 he often has his body in a bent over position due to a bad back problem. His face is lined and riddled with pock marks wrinkles and a pair of dark circles around his eyes. His beard has grown long and his hair has connected with the chops of his beard to the point it almost covers his features. His military uniform is faded and torn in various places ultimately any of the badges have been removed from his uniform. His hat which is a grey beret like hat has several holes and tears in it. He always carries around a metallic flask with him inside his front breast pocket on the right. Hegrivaris weighs in at a little under 150 pounds. His shoes are also in a state of disrepair and have cracks and unsightly damage upon them. His hair is grey now due to his age and it is believed though to have been red in his youth.

Clothing of choice: Hegrivaris used to be part of the military however after his dischargment from the military he became unable to find work thus ending up a beggar and homeless thus his clothing is a ragged broken up looking old military outfit though because of its state most forms of identification of it as a military uniform have been lost.

Personality: Hegrivaris is in a sense mentally unwell he is tormented by his past givings in the military he has slight PTSD and slight dementia as well. He is prone to hallucinating the sightings of all those he had killed in his life in the military his hobbies since discharge have involved dumpster diving, scrap collecting, heavy amounts of drinking and often times drunken brawls as well. Hegrivaris is ultimately a very unstable individual thus is prone to attacking others misguidedly taking them for someone else or while completely drunk. His personality over all is that of an old man struggling to cling to reality before his mind is soon to slip into the bowels of utter madness. He seems to enjoy having back and fourth banter with his Ars magus Omikane who ultimately provides Hegri with information on old world articles that have been unrecorded for a long time it is for this reason that often times that the information Omikane provides (( equivalent to a search engine)) is often a gamble of weather or not its useful information or useless.

Weaponry: He has an Ars magus is known as Omikane and is an information prescribing type Ars magus and has no features for combat function. Omikane provides information through voice and receiving questions. Often asking unspecific questions result in useless information while more specific questions are given much more useful information. It is believed that Omikane is an older Ars magus by how dated some of the information it can provide alone without updating its information archive which can be done as it scans. However it does possess the ability to scan things and receive information based on what he has recorded thus its repertoire will grow more as it experience and records more information. Though not technically a weapon it still could result in a point of interest. though as a weapon he possesses a scrap cart often filled to the brim with scrap to run down would be attackers. Omikane takes the appearance of a medium sized floating sphere with various rotating sections along its body its body is comprised of a metallic substance it is considerably light but strong enough to handle impacts and age without much trouble what substance the metal sphere is, remains unknown.


Abilities: Excels at finding and collecting old bits of technology weather through ravaging through junk heaps and scrap piles throughout the cities many layers. He has some military practice though most of it has become unusable at his age. He has an excellent knack for finding rare parts and old weaponry in the junk he collects it might be good to check and see what he has found for some of it may prove useful once restored. He has a knack for repairing broken or dis-repairable armegus he has a lot of tools and equipment he has procured in his hide away bunker like home beneath the abandoned factory where he lives and does his work with fixing up items or appraising them.  

History:
Hegrivaris in his youth served within the military as a soldier for as long as he can remember. He fought on the front lines during his military days he often found himself fascinated with the weapons he collected off the bodies of his enemies bringing back with him any thing he saw value in taking from the bodies of his enemies weapons, personal items like metal work or even accessories such as rings and medals. However this proved to be problematic to others in his unit as Hegrivaris kept bringing back more and more junk leaving his barracks a complete mess up to the point his commander grew displeased enough to actually order Hegrivaris to scrap all of the items he brought back. He ultimately refused explaining to his commander that they of the military could use the stuff he had brought back. His commanding officer ultimately discharged Hegrivaris on insubordination charges leaving Hegrivaris to live a life homeless and ultimately a mind that has begun to slip on him in his later years. He spends most of his days now scrounging through trash and scrap for valuable things that he can sell or keep. He can now be found among-st the trash heaps and junk piles around the city or in the local bar. He found his Ars Magus Omikane among a scrap pile in the abandoned factory district it was deactivated till Hegrivaris had come into contact with it for what ever reason the spherical Ars Magus was never recovered or taken out of the factory from this point Omikane has been serving as his friend and his information provider since. The two make there home in a bunker hidden beneath the old abandon factory it is found under a loose floor tile and its a simple ladder climb down.

By military i assume you mean the NOL- what branch?

The weaponry is a bit underwhelming, but if its just your average K-Bar i suppose it works. Not sure if the NOL has any standard issue weaponry given their status, but they probably have some low-grade Armagus they mass produce for soldiers.

As for the family- i think his family would mostly be dead at the age of sixty, but thats just me... also, supposedly most soldiers of the NOL die young due to their dangerous job, but i guess he´s just -that- good.

Aside from the first one i have no major complaints. If you can tell us what kind of branch he worked in (Air force, Special Infantry, Preatorian Guard etc.) i`m happy with it.

Ya know I have a feeling he'd probably have picked up an armagus in his scrap dives its not unlikely that an armagus that was scrapped long ago would not catch the militairys immediate attention but for now I'll let that come about in story and gonna stick him with a K-bar
